Privacy Policy

When you send us a message with the contact form, we collect what you enter:

• Your name, company or organization, e-mail address and phone number
• What you need help with, when you need it, any tools you are interested in, and your facility or project location
• Your subject and message, and how you prefer to be contacted

The website also records the date and time of your message and the IP address it came from. If you call or e-mail us, we keep what you send. We never ask for payment card details on this website.

We use your information to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, supply tooling, parts, training and services, and keep records of our work. The IP address helps us block spam sent through the form.

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

• Mega-Tech Services staff, to answer your enquiry and do the work.
• Garza Web Design, the studio that built and maintains this website, which receives a copy of every message sent through the contact form so it can keep the form working and help with support.
• Our web host, which stores the website and its data on its servers.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. A cookie is set only when a staff member signs in to manage the site.

The website’s fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which can see your IP address. On pages with tool videos, the video preview images load from YouTube; a video itself loads from YouTube only when you press play, and YouTube’s privacy policy applies to it. The contact form also checks that it is being filled in by a person in a web browser, to stop automated spam; that check stores nothing about you.

Links to Google Maps and YouTube take you to other companies’ websites. Their own privacy policies apply there.

We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond, complete the work and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Use the details below and we’ll take care of it.

This website is for businesses and government agencies. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
